Our Property For Sale section has been designed to put property sellers in touch with potential property buyers. We ARE NOT Estate Agents, what we do is bring people together and offer a website advertising service to enable sellers to show off their properties on the World Wide Web and give buyers a chance to see what properties are on offer in the Paphos area. Advertising on our website is free, and we can arrange to take the photographs of your property if you so wish. Should we sell your property then there is a small administration charge, if we do not sell your property, then there is no charge what so ever.

Our Long Term Rental service is for properties that are for rent for, usually a minimum of, twelve months. The fee for this service is usually one months rental charges. We supply the contract, and see to this being completed by both parties. If the owner live away from Cyprus, we can arrange for the owners property to be periodically inspected to ensure that the property is being properly cared for. We also offer to undertake rent collection and banking if the property owner requires this service. Again, if the property owner lives outside of Cyprus, we can arrange for any maintenance work that may be necessary to be carried out by professional workmen (usually British) at competitive rates. We can also professionally supervise, if required, the work being undertaken.

Our Holiday Rental Service is for short term rentals of your Cyprus property. The fee for this is usually ten percent of the total rental charge. We can arrange for transport to and from the airport (Larnaca and Paphos), car hire for collection at either airport, and getting the keys to your property to your clients on arrival, and collecting them upon their departure. Your property under construction? Trust Cyprus Property Services  can also offer our unique "Build Watch" were we regularly visit you home whilst it is under construction, take photographs inside and outside showing the progress made.
